Q. Do i need a phone line in order to have an alarm? Can I use an internet phone line or voice over IP phone service to monitor my system?

For customers who use cell phones at home and have no need for a land line phone connection, we offer cellular monitoring services. Q. What if I have pets? Will they interfere with the motion detector causing the police to be called out because of a false alarm?

A. The installation technician is professionally trained and will program each alarm control unit with the settings necessary to help you prevent false alarms. We also have pet safe motion detectors available for your convenience.

Q. How much does the monthly monitoring costs?

A. Q. What if a burglar enters my home and forces me to turn off the system?

A. At the time of installation you will be asked for two passwords, a normal one and one for a distress situation. If a break-in does occur and the alarm is triggered, we will immediately establish a direct connection with your home and listen in to any suspicious activity through the 2- way voice speaker located on the security control unit . You will then be asked by a representative for your password. If everything is ok, you will give your normal password, if there is in fact an emergency you will then proceed to give your distress password informing our representative of the emergency. We will immediately contact the local authorities informing them of the situation.
