Home Security Monitoring Services in Arizona
We offer complete monitoring services with 3 channels of protection.
Burglary:
Your home will be protected from intruders when you are away and also when you are home. a) When you are away from your home and your alarm is activated, if in the event someone were to break in, we would be notified of this through the security system installed in your home. In the case that an intruder triggers the alarm and you have our 2-way voice interactive monitoring service, a trained operator will come over the speaker of the Honeywell panel asking for a password. The intruder will most likely at this point leave the home. Through the speaker, the monitoring company can listen and hear what is going on in the home. If the monitoring company can confirm that there is someone in the home that is not supposed to be then they will send a confirmed alert to the police department notifying them of the situation. In the event that the alarm was accidentally set off by the home owner, the password can easily be verified over the 2- way voice speaker. b) Your home will be protected from intruders when you are at home at night and your alarm is set to home status. This setting, if pushed on the alarm panel will deactivate any and all motion detectors in the home while still arming all doors and any window that have sensors. In the event that an intruder breaks into the home while the alarm is on activated on the home setting, they would trigger the alarm and the monitoring company would come over the speaker to confirm a password (this 2- way voice function is available w/ a lan line only). If the burglar forces the homeowner to turn off the alarm, a fake code would then be entered informing the alarm company of a hostage situation.
Fire:
In the event of a fire, this channel enables you to summon immediate fire response through your monitored system. Monitored Carbon monoxide and heat detectors are also available to you at an additional small cost for the detectors. (typically $70 for each detector-there is no extra monthly fee to monitor the detectors) In the event that a monitored fire detector was set off, the monitoring company would immediately notify the fire department.
Medical Response:
You will enjoy additional peace of mind and security knowing that your monitoring company also offers medical monitoring services. This channel allows you to summon emergency medical response without possible 911 delays. We also offer monitored medical pendants for the elderly or disabled.
