Channel 1:

With our 2 Way voice service, the monitoring company can listen through the speaker located on the alarm panel and can actually verify that an intruder is in the premises. In this case, the monitoring company would immediately contact the authorities and notify them of the confirmed burglary. (2 way voice service requires a lan line phone connection.)
Channel 2:
Medical Response Services- Your alarm will allow you to summon 24 hr emergency medical response when needed. In the event that there is a medical emergency, you are only the push of a button away from help.
Channel 3- Fire
In the event of a fire, your property will have additional protection. Immediate emergency fire response is just the push of a button away. Also, monitored fire/ heat detectors are a great way to protect your business and valuables while you are away. These advanced fire detectors are offer a source of protection that normal fire detectors cannot provide. When carbon monoxide or heat are detected the monitoring company will then contact the business owner/ manager and the fire department if necessary. (These technologically advanced detectors typically cost $70 for each detector-there is no extra monthly fee to monitor the detectors) In the event that a monitored fire detector was set off, the monitoring company would immediately notify the fire department.
